| I recently got ahold of an "indb" file from a MUSH that is no more. I want to bring it back to life for me and my freinds at LAN parties and such. I was told that I could do so with the indb file. I got the server client ran it once, shut it down, and then replaced the file, but when I tried to open it again it replaced the new indb file with a replicate of the old one. Is there any was to fix this??? PLEASE HELP!!!!
Note: I am using pennmush patch level 27 | | Top |

| You will probably have in your data directory the following files:
indb
outdb
PANIC.db
Depending on the date/time of the files it might use the outdb (your existing one), or the PANIC.db, in preference to the indb.
Rename or delete outdb and PANIC.db and then try again with your indb. That should work. |
