plugin scripts

Plugin scripts don't work if you have scripting disabled for that world. Is this the intended behaviour? Because for one world, I don't do any scripting in it, but in the future I might like to use plugins, with no "world script" so to speak.

And yes, I know it's easy to simply click "Enable script", was just wondering :P

It is really an oversight - I will amend it so plugins can work with global scripting disabled. I don't see the harm in that, and I agree it is a bit silly to enable global scripting (and choose a language) if you aren't planning to use it.

As it turns out, only alias scripts were not called. This is inconsistent of course, and is fixed in 3.25.
