Input bar on unsaved worlds

If I enter a line on an unsaved world and hit enter (this is a seperate but similar problem to my other post) the text is sent, but instead of the word being erased from the input bar instead it stays, but is suddenly highlited. This makes it slightly less irritating in that I can just hit delete or backspace to get rid of it, but it wastes a keystroke and is ugly. Try this:

Use "connect to" to connect to a new world (don't save)
Type in anything ("blah blah blah", "connect guest", anything) and hit enter. That's it, that's all it takes to recreate the problem.

That is, if it's not just me...

This is an option, about which there is debate whether it should be a default.

You don't need an extra keystroke, as the text is selected *any* typing will wipe it out.

Personally I think it is ugly too, but I am deferring to people who like it there.

To get rid of it, go to Configuration -> Commands and uncheck "Auto-repeat command".
