This is honestly a weird problem, though I don't know if it's necessarily a bug. In my world list (under File, shows all the recently connected worlds) there is 'iexplore.exe', running in Program Files\Internet Explorer. I can't delete my IE, and yet I can't find a way to get rid of it. Nothing really harmful, I think, but rather annoying. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If youre comfortable with regedit, you can delete the value in your registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gammon Software Solutions\MUSHclient\Recent File List)
then you delete the world that is your Iexplorer, and shift the numbers accordingly (1 is first, not 0).

Or, if you don't want to use RegEdit, uninstall MUSHclient, then re-install.
You will have to re-setup your global options, and re-enter your registration code.
