Minor documentation nitpick, "Scripting callbacks - plugins"

I thought I'd mention that OnPluginTrace is listed twice in the "Scripting callbacks - plugins" documentation file. I'm using MUSHclient v4.45.

Ah, I see I worked *too* hard on that one. :P

Fixed in the next version.

I couldn't find OnPluginTick listed in the documentation, either; I had to search through the release notes to convince myself I wasn't deluded.

Fixed in version 4.46.

The GetPluginInfo page says there are 18 types of information, when there are 21. Actually, 22 counting the plugin time-nonce added in 4.46.

Already spotted that one when I added the time thing. Although I think in more recent descriptions I reworded it to something like "you can choose from the following" rather than "you can choose from the following 18". That makes it harder to make similar mistakes.
